90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
- You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
